Follow established company policies and procedures to inspect, diagnose, and perform approved necessary repairs on any authorized vehicle. Through experience, develop diagnostic capabilities enabling personal growth, certification and promotability. ASE certification in areas of specialization is recommended. The position supports the sales function by completing each job on time, without error or omission. This position will also support and resolve the majority of Technician related issues through leadership and team building. This person will also do the majority if not all of the heavy-line work associated with the major repairs at each location.
