Position Description:
Network Runners is a highly motivated Training Support Manager to support the 492nd Special Operations Wing (492 SOW) as the 492nd continues to meet Headquarters (HQ) Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) taskings. This position is located at Duke Field, FL.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate up to 20 Form 42 requests per month to include class overages, new training line numbers, and MILPDS Duty Status codes.
- Coordinate Form 391s from notification to approval/disapproval to disenroll students from training, and notification to Registrars of MILPDS discrepancies.
- Receive, track and process Syllabus of Instruction, Secondary Method Training waiver requests for four MDS and 200 students in formal training.
- Assist 492 SOW units with DAF/HHQ/Local directives to include Education Training Course announcements, data trend analysis, training plans and unit training programs.
- Draft Programmed Flying Training projections for formal aircrew training quota requirements to AFSOC HQ. Matches and Assigns training allocations to quotas.
Position Requirements:
- Knowledge of Air Force (AF), AFSOC, and Special Operations Forces (SOF) organizational structures, functions, procedures, command relationships, and responsibilities.
- Must be able to demonstrate the requisite experience required above.
- Must have an ACTIVE Secret Security Clearance.
