Program Manager (Senior)

Position Description:
Network Runners, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to create and update the Coast Guard business process maps used by Coast Guard support services personnel, at all levels, on a daily basis. These maps define the roles and responsibilities and the flow of the business processes within the Coast Guard.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Ability to analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a project basis.
  • Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
  • Support overall Division/Branch/Section operations functions, such as interacting, coordinating, and communicating with internal and external organizations via various communications methods.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (KO) and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
  • Coordinate all project efforts, ensuring timely execution and quality delivery of contract requirements.
  • Monitor and manage the project schedule, staffing, procurement, and budget on a per-project basis.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10+ years of program/project management experience and a MA/MS degree.
  • Experience supporting the U.S. Coast Guard, DHS, or other defense-related organizations.
  • Ability to work closely with the KO or COR on all contractor work performed under this order.
