Program Manager (Senior)
Position Description:
Network Runners, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to create and update the Coast Guard business process maps used by Coast Guard support services personnel, at all levels, on a daily basis. These maps define the roles and responsibilities and the flow of the business processes within the Coast Guard.

These maps define the roles and responsibilities and the flow of the business processes within the Coast Guard.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ability to analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a project basis.
- Lead and guide the work of technical staff.
- Support overall Division/Branch/Section operations functions, such as interacting, coordinating, and communicating with internal and external organizations via various communications methods.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (KO) and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
- Coordinate all project efforts, ensuring timely execution and quality delivery of contract requirements.
- Monitor and manage the project schedule, staffing, procurement, and budget on a per-project basis.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of 10+ years of program/project management experience and a MA/MS degree.
- Experience supporting the U.S. Coast Guard, DHS, or other defense-related organizations.
- Ability to work closely with the KO or COR on all contractor work performed under this order.
